I have written a version in French to help you understand the questions.  You can find this on the French version of this website.

I like this test because it has been used for many years and provides consistent results over time.  Of course, as we learn our answers to questions can change and that would give us an updated result.

The suggested professions on the Rogue website are limited to the courses they offer.  A more comprehensive list of roles can be found on the 'Browse by Interests (onetonline.org) website ... ▶

This is not to suggest that your reason for looking at this test may be to change your career.  I use it more often to help people understand their current role, how that works within a team of people with different roles and where their expectations and achievements may need to be recognized and celebrated.

*John Lewis Holland[1] (October 21, 1919 – November 27, 2008) was an American psychologist and Professor Emeritus of Sociology at Johns Hopkins University.[2] He was the creator of the career development model, Holland Occupational Themes, commonly known as the Holland Codes. 

Interpreting the behavior of other people more positively results in a significantly better outcome.  Knowing what they value, dislike, and what they anticipate as a reward makes you a smarter interlocutor.

We interact with all the people in this model at work. The table on pages 6 and 7 of the document gives you insight into how to do this well.

Each of us has a score for each letter, it is the first three letters that are most significant to describe our preferred role.
